    We enjoyed this very good business hotel. The location could n't be more exceptionally nice in the centre. Moreover, it's so close to the beautiful Marina, shops and restaurant and an island surrounded by the sea.

    Rooftop bar consistently left trashy by guests!!! Navigating to mass transportation proved challenging due to lack of clear signage!!! The quality of the spa experience needs improvement regarding space and facilities!!!

    Exceptionally comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television in the room. Nice and perfect location right on the beach, very well kept facilities. Based short walk to the marina with shops, Herods Herzliya, and many restaurants.

    The beach access was super convenient, and I loved unwinding in the sauna after a long day. The only thing was the check-in could be a bit slow, but it didn't ruin the great time we had 🌊

    The breakfast and evening buffet offered large and very good selection.

    With the price and 5 stars we would have expected a bigger room. The location was good to the marina, but the beach was about 10-15 minutes walk away. Unfortunately, the pool was only open until 6 pm in the evening and was a bit cramped in front of the dining room, architecturally unfavourable.

    A Good Escape with Fine Views!

    I spent four nights in a spacious Beautiful Double Room Balcony with a lovely view of the garden. Breakfast offered an excellent spread, and I enjoyed outdoor dining at the nearby restaurant. Don't miss the shuttle to the Marina for a pleasant evening out!

    Very disappointing customer service ruined our wedding experience. Check-in took 20 minutes, and staff were rude. Requests like getting a mirror took over an hour. Pool staff were unhelpful and dismissive, saying they had no sunscreen without checking. While the seafood was praised, the lack of follow-up on a promised refund two months later is unacceptable for a five-star venue.
